DivyaSree Techridge, spanning 60+ acres in Hyderabad’s IT/ITES hub, offers 15 msf of mix use development encompassing IT, Residential, Retail and Hotel. Approx. 1 msf is currently operational key tenants include Accenture, Netcracker, Sutherland etc. The next phase of approx. 1.4 msf is under construction and proceeding towards completion by 3rd quarter 2025

We have recently denotified spaces from the SEZ, allowing us to offer prime locations to clients looking to operate under the DTA/non-SEZ regime. A recent highlight is the expansion of Sutherland from SEZ to non-SEZ space, with further discussions underway for similar transitions.
