Project Overview
DivyaSree Trinity, located in HITEC City, Hyderabad, was our first project in the city. Spanning 7.4 acres with 1 msf of development potential, it was originally built for Convergys and has since evolved into a multi-tenant IT development park with over 0.67 msf hosting companies like Hexagon, ComputerShare, iSprout, Infovision, iKeva, Gloplax, Gainsight, H & R Block, Gebbs etcAmazon, Deloitte, and Concentrix. Trinity is also one of our first re-development projects where in the initial office space occupied by Convergys (0.2 msf) is now making way for a new iconic development of 0.7 msf to be completed by 2027.
