DivyaSree Technopark is located adjacent to GE & TESCO campuses in EPIP, Whitefield Part of 75 acres mixed use development comprising of IT/ITES SEZ zone, Residential development and Commercial campus development, DivyaSree Technopark is a notified and operational IT/ ITES SEZ with an extent of 40 acres and a development potential of 6.45 million sft, a out of which 4.72 Million is already leased with key occupants including Accenture, Capgemini, Wipro & Huawei. Further we have a development potential of 1.73 million sft.to cater for Customization Opportunities with defined growth options.

Technopark houses an ample parking facility with 70% covered car parks and bus terminals. Also has been designed with Centralized Services Bank to enhance redundancy and lower Tenant operational costs. Under Phase 1 development of amenities we have operational food & beverage outlets of Chai Point, Subway, California Burrito, and host of other amenities like Storeo Hub, food truck zone.
