Block B4 at DivyaSree Technopark IT/ITES SEZ campus was initially planned as a speculative development with an area of 440,000 sft. The building has three basement parking floors and eight office floors, with a floor plate area of 50,000 sft. Salient features of the building include high speed elevators, 100% power back up, Fire hydrant & sprinkler system and air conditioning. Midway during the construction we engaged with Capgemini which was evaluating suitable IT/ ITES SEZ space solutions which would cater to their immediate requirement and also support with their future scalability requirements.
